VISA 
Please note that visa regulations changes according to the countries, so please contact Turkish Consulate in your own country for the up-to-date information.  Please note that Erasmus students does not have to get a student visa, visa for general purposes will be accepted. You will then apply for resident permit while in Turkey. Make sure that you are using your passport while traveling to Turkey. (Not your ID Card)
 
If you visited Türkiye in the last 6 months, please inform the total days of your visit to erasmusincomingcomu.edu.tr since you have a time limit to apply for a resident permit to our immigration! 
 
In order to get your touristic  visa please follow up instructions at the below site but you will need to apply for resident permit after arrival.

RESIDENCE PERMIT (AFTER ARRIVAL IN TURKEY)

All international students in Turkey, regardless of status, must register with the Foreign National Departments of the Police Headquarters  to obtain Residence Permit (İkamet Belgesi),  within a month of the entering Turkey.  We will help you with completing forms and procedures.
 
Please take an appointment from our Erasmus office via erasmusincomingcomu.edu.tr in order to fill in the resident permit forms and to pay your resident permit fee. Please bring all the necessary documents which are stated at the below. 
 
DOCUMENTS NEEDED
•     Original passport, student ID Card(which we've given) and photocopy of the passport (including all borders gates stamps)  
•     4 passport biometric sized photos (We suggest you to have those pics in Canakkale. While coming to Erasmus office, please make sure that you have  softcopy in your usb memory stick in jpg format as well)
       (Our ESN Student group will help you to arrange biometric size photo in Canakkale)
•     Letter confirming your Erasmus student status (will be given by COMU Erasmus Office)
•     Health Insurance. Please click  here for more details. 
•     Resident Permit of your host in Canakkale. 
       (Your host should have resident permit (İkamet Belgesi) in Canakkale. Please request from her or him)
 
FEES
The should be paid in Erasmus+ Office
•     Resident card admin fee : 810 TL
•     Our office will help you to pay during your online resident permit registration.
