Departmental Erasmus Coordinators
The Departmental Erasmus Coordinator is the responsible person in the student's field of education here in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. There are as many as there are faculties, and each student can refer to one of them according to the field of study.
She/he needs to approve your Learning Agreement and will later arrange your courses in the faculty she/he coordinates.

ou can contact them directly asking about academic-related information, such as courses, lessons timetable etc.
If your Learning Agreements includes subjects from different faculties, the Erasmus Office (erasmusincomingcomu.edu.tr) can help you determine who your Coordinator will be.
Remember that the Erasmus Office deals with the formal procedures, such as the application, resident permit, insurance, accommodation etc., not the Departmental Erasmus Coordinator.
