On November 5, 2024, as part of the Erasmus Staff Mobility Program, Daniela Atanasova and Marrika Todinova Georgieva from Bulgaria’s University of Food Technologies visited our Erasmus office as part of an official visit.
The Bulgarian representatives were hosted by Dr. Esma Eser, a faculty member in the Department of Food Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, and Lecturer Çağrı Ege, the institutional agreements coordinator for Erasmus. During the meeting, both parties agreed on new Erasmus agreements involving additional academic units with the University of Food Technologies. They also exchanged information regarding outgoing and incoming student mobility between the two universities.
This visit is seen as a significant step toward strengthening academic and cultural cooperation between the two institutions.
